1. Go to "Create an account" 
2. Fill in your information. After you log in, go to the questionnaire and answer the questions that apply to you. You can leave questions blank and I will go over them later.
3. Go to the Document tab and upload your documents.
4. Please let me know if you have any questions. You can text me as you go and I will reply as soon as I can.
